In-home Support
This is a combination of chore, companion, and homemaker services. Thus it includes the following:
- Maintain the client’s residence and property in a clean, sanitary, and safe environment.
- Perform other routine housekeeping duties such as making beds, changing linens, meal preparation, and laundering of client’s garments, as well as light shopping when authorized.
- Provide companionship for the client. Perform casual cosmetic assistance, such as brushing the client’s hair, assisting with make-up, filing and polishing nails with the exception of clipping nails for diabetic patients.
- Report unusual incidents and changes in the patient’s/client’s condition to the nursing supervisor.
